Tasks:
Flags: Raise and lower green and red flags as heats begin and end
Running: Deliver results from Judges tower to beach marshal, notice board, and beach announcer after each heat.
Merch: Sell t-shirts and other merchandise at AWT tent on hill. Promote event and evening activities.
