Finally today the Youth bracket started and I could compete in the amazing conditions that there were in Ho’okipa! Unfortunately I crashed on the reef and had 2 deep cuts on my foot at the beginning of the heat.. I still managed to finish 1st (my first heat win ever!!) but tomorrow I will have to put some stitches on… Later some friends also told me that they have seen a shark in the water!!
